Well, todays game against the Falcons has me thinking the Bears could be more than just a one and done team in the playoffs. Honestly, with their defense and Grossman taking over the offense, I believe they could beat the Seahawks. They've already shutdown the Panthers and Bucs (two teams they could face in the playoffs).

It seemed that they sort of came to life when Grossman took over too. So I can see them being at least a little bit more offensively active the rest of the year. I think they might just be the NFC team to beat with their serious defense.

JOhn madden and al michaels call it, Super BOwl Syndrome. Its when u win or goto the superbowl and suck the season after that, most teams get it.. (raiders, buccaneers(good this year but was bad after they came out of the superbowl), eagles for example) but not all teams, like new england

I just had a great realization. If the Bears win tomorrow (which seems pretty likely), they lock up the #2 spot in the NFC. Then I got to thinking "who is gonna beat the Bears if that happens." I think that the Bears might have what it takes to make the Superbowl representing the NFC. Honestly, their defense is ridiculous, and with Grossman as QB, they seem to have a bit more offense.

You forgot to include the Bears ty3c. They've already pounded the Panthers, who are probably one of the best in the teams you included. And, don't forget, they now have the first round bye.

Yeah I was watching that and thinking "OMG! They're gonna choke! Against the Packers! OMG!" But they pulled it together with the sacks. Whatever though, I'm pleasantly surprised with my favorite team for what they've built themselves into. I think that they'll at least make the NFC championship game.

hopefully they will. the interception returned for a td from the 10yd line was a big boast. w/o that it there would of been OT. also the pick after the 60 yard play towards the end clenched it.
